Application Procedure

(Complete all of the following procedures within the application period)

  • STEP 1. Fill out the application form (online)
    • Completed by accessing Konyang Cyber University Admissions Center (https://www.kycu.ac.kr/admissions.do)
    • Before filling out the application form, it is necessary to check the application guidelines (admission plan implementation plan)
    • Confirm the application grade and application, and write the correct details
  • STEP 2. Payment of application fee (online)
    • Payment of admission fee of 30,000 won
  • STEP 3. Take the personality and aptitude test (online)
    • Personality test: Evaluation of academic literacy scale by department / 10 questions, time limit of 10 minutes
    • Aptitude test: Basic aptitude skills required for college mathematics / 40 questions, time limit 60 minutes (computer, math, language, general common sense)
  • STEP 4. Submit documents (Registered mail, choose one during visit)
    • Submission: (35365) Konyang Cyber University Admissions Officer, 158, Gwanjeodong-ro, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Republic of Korea (35365)
    • All documents must be submitted in originals issued within 6 months from the start date of recruitment

Post-acceptance procedure

  • STEP 1. Announcement of successful applicants (online)
    • Access to Konyang Cyber University Admissions Center → Log in with your application number → Confirm your acceptance
      (https://www.kycu.ac.kr/admissions.do)
  • STEP 2. Tuition payment (online)
    • Payment of tuition within the registration period
    • Issuance of student number when paying tuition

    ※ If payment is not made within the period, it is considered that there is no intention to register, and non-registration is abandoned.

  • STEP 3. Course registration (online)
    • Only transfer students

    ※ New students: In the case of the first semester of admission, the courses are automatically assigned.

  • STEP 4. Start of class
    • After logging in as a student with the assigned student number, take the course
